We are seeking a Regional Director to head up our Peterborough office supporting the Board Director.

Are you driven, creative and an inspirational leader?

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced Architect to lead and manage our Peterborough office whilst helping drive and grow the overall business.

Excellent all-round architectural capability is essential with strong design skills, project management and technical ability. A high level of competency in computer skills, including Revit is desirable.

A diverse range of sector experience is preferred with strengths in residential, student housing, commercial and education sector projects.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, demonstrate good practice and project management experience and be capable of leading teams of 15-20 people. It would be advantageous for the candidate to also have an established client base but the applicant must be capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships whilst promoting and growing the practice.
