We’re very pleased to share the news that our new campus at East Riding College has been shortlisted for two categories in the 2016 RICS Awards – for Community Benefit and Design Innovation.

The £14m new build is a state-of-the-art learning environment and community resource which is flexible and adaptable to meet the ever changing needs of the Further Education curriculum and technological advances.

The building incorporates a Sustainable Technologies Centre - a facility which has helped to make the campus into one of the greenest built environments in East Yorkshire. The £14m development will last for generations and provides specialist spaces for training in practical areas such as hair and beauty and engineering.

The winners will be announced at the 2016 RICS Awards Dinner which is set to take place on Friday 13th May at The Majestic Hotel, Harrogate. The Awards showcase the achievements of the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment.
