We are proud to have contributed to the design and delivery of Iverhurst Close, a Net-Zero, high-quality development of 11 shared ownership homes for Hexagon Housing Association in Bexleyheath.
The scheme achieves Net-Zero status and A-rated EPCs through an enhanced building fabric and sustainable technologies, including Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery, and Solar Photovoltaic Panels.
Its architectural aesthetic is enriched by feature brickwork detailing, tall chimneys, and steep roof pitches inspired by the nearby William Morris Red House. This is complemented by a diverse planting scheme and dedicated wildlife habitats.
