We're very pleased to have acheived full planning permission for what we envisage to be a sympathetic and thoughtful contribution to the architecture of central Exeter. The proposed design takes into account and references the historic architecture of of the city via the vertical rhythm in the composition of the facade and a limited palette of materials.

Jefferson Sheard’s plan for a 7-storey development with a mixture of high quality studio and cluster bedrooms will provide much needed accommodation for students of the University of Exeter.
