We didn’t get chance to dust off our glad rags this year for the award ceremony, but we’re delighted our Stylus scheme was one of the finalists in the London Building Excellence Awards 2020, in the Best High Volume New Housing Development category in the London region. From 20 entries we made it to the 9 finalists to be shortlisted.
The 10 storey, 120 apartments also include commercial space at ground level and raised podium gardens, providing enclosed outdoor landscaped space in the heart of an urban area. The project was developed with Paradigm Housing association and Cfield Construction with a focus on the occupants and providing the best living experience possible.
Peter Whitlam, Project Director, Jefferson Sheard Architects said,
“It’s always an honour to have a scheme recognised by an organisation like the LABC. We knew we were up against some very strong competition, particularly in this region, but being shortlisted as a finalist really is testament to the hard work and dedication of all the team. We definitely produced a building we can all be proud of.”
