We were appointed by Royal London to renovate and refurbish the first two floors of a recently vacated office space in the centre of York after it had been occupied by the same tenant for approximately 20 years.
The space was tired, and the Client wanted to bring the office accommodation up-to-do-date, offering a fresh and attractive working environment.
The new entrance is visible from the street without being obtrusive amidst the conservation area of central York. Clean, crisp white walls and natural light create and engaging atmosphere for workers. New flooring and the installation of an air-conditioning system help to modernise the space, whilst much of the original ornate ceiling has been preserved as a feature.
