The scheme comprises of a full internal redesign and refurbishment with the addition of a second, third, fourth and fifth floor extension to create a mix of 34, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

The design rejuvenates a dated office building into a contemporary desirable living space. By changing the exterior form and use of a palette including red brick and dark grey cladding both the street level view and skyline appearance are improved.
