Cavendish Centre, Winchester
Jefferson Sheard Architects are working with clients Pure Projects and Ace Student Living to deliver a mixed-use scheme in Winchester, Hampshire, comprising of an 87 bed student development and a 5 storey office building providing 1,270sqm of floor space.
The project revitalises a former office development which was no longer fit for purpose. Works on site have commenced with the building being constructed in a light gauge steel structure and clad in combination of brick, steel and coloured fibre cement panels.
The project is due for completion in the 3rd quarter of 2022, in time to welcome the new student intake.
