Jefferson Sheard Architects were appointed as lead designer and worked closely with the client to progress the design through RIBA stages 3 to 6. We successfully secured Planning Permission for both the care home and apartment block elements of the scheme under separate planning applications and delivered the project through construction stage to completion.

The facilities include a hair salon, pub, restaurant (with accompanying commercial kitchen), cinema room and multiple flexible lounge spaces, all taking accessibility and safety of the residence into account.
