Leeds Trinity University required a new Masterplan to account for the anticipated growth in student numbers over a 10 year period until 2024.
Our Masterplan seeks to rationalise and improve teaching and learning space and provide a clear identity and linkages for students across the heart of the campus.
We have prepared two options for the University against projected student growth numbers:
Option 1 is for a student number of 3200 – 4000 and part of this masterplan includes current developments that have recently been completed, those in construction and those that are planned in the next 3 years until 2019.
These developments include a new student accommodation scheme; teaching and learning building; a series of smaller design interventions providing linkages across the main heart of the campus, including a new student hub.
Option 2 explores the possibility of further teaching and learning developments that may come to fruition if the student number reaches 5000.
