Pringle Farm Holiday Lets
Jefferson Sheard Architects worked closely with client RML Premises, to design and deliver the combined refurbishment of the dilapidated listed stable and new builds at pringle farm, to transform them into luxury holiday and short let accommodation.
It was imperative the refurbished stable and new build accommodation followed the same vernacular of the existing buildings on the farm and suited the rural setting. This was achieved by adopting a classic barn silhouette, combined with rich natural materials such as black stained softwood shiplap weatherboarding cladding and reclaimed gault facing brick in lime mortar. The bones of the building are built on a bespoke timber frame.
The mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments are finished to a high internal specification with enclosed landscape external space.
