Staveley Town Basin
“The Moorings” is a regenerative scheme at Staveley Canal Basin, providing a mixed-use development to encourage small business development and draw people to the idyllic setting.
The building is split into 11 units over two floors, to provide small business commercial and retail space with café, outdoor waterfront seating, and office accommodation to help reinvigorate the area along the canal basin as part of a wider regenerative masterplan by Derbyshire County Council.
