As part of the major development at Unity Connect in Doncaster, we were appointed to design and deliver a 191,000 ft² industrial and commercial unit.
Working with clients, Waystone Hargreaves Land JV, we delivered the scheme as one of the initial units as a key component of the broader masterplan, occupying a 10-acre (4-ha) plot. The construction of Unit B marks the first phase of the wider Ergo Unity Connect section, dedicated to employment.
We provided full architectural services including planning permission, design development through to completion. Located adjacent to J5 on the M18, the development provides prime industrial and logistics commercial space, with 18 dock level loading doors, two floors of Grade-A office space with service yard, parking and landscaping. We worked collaboratively with the delivery team, including Caddick Construction, to achieve BREEAM Very Good rating for the project.
