Working with Clients Utility Warehouse Limited, we have designed a scheme comprising of 165 homes arranged over 5 to 20 storeys with 1,322sqm of retail/commercial space and 2 levels of basement car parking for residents.
The residential units will provide a mix of family-sized dwellings and smaller homes combined with an element of affordable housing, appealing to a broad spectrum of potential residents.
The ground floor is dedicated to commercial space, offering business and employment opportunities to the area. This active frontage has been designed in such a way to allow flexibility of use whilst enhancing the public realm at street level for Edgware Road and Windover Avenue. The goal is that this will contribute to providing a catalyst for regeneration in the area of Colindale
