Jefferson Sheard joins the City Property Association

Jefferson Sheard is pleased to have joined the City Property Association. Founded in 1904, the group is directed by its members to champion the built environment in the City. The Association has over 150 members, a significant representation of the City’s property portfolio, and is a proactive voice in the formation of policy and research.

The Practice’s London office was opened in 1964 under the directorship of former RIBA president Bryan Jefferson and Gerry Sheard. Today the office is headed up by Joe Dickeson who directs Jefferson Sheard’s activity in London and the south-east including multiple residential projects in the city and surrounding regions as well as major new commercial developments such as Airport Business Park, Southend.

Jefferson Sheard has also joined the Sheffield Property Association, a similarly structured association which has been formed to generate more interest in the city and improve regional development.
