Chobham Manor is the first of five new neighbourhoods being built at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London.

The development provides circa 6,800 new homes in the park over the next 20 years, accompanied by nurseries, health centres and multi-purpose community spaces.

Design

Jefferson Sheard Architects were instructed by Taylor Wimpey to provide the technical design and delivery of Phase 4 of this major residential development. Located between the East Village, formerly the Athletes’ Village, and the Lee Valley VeloPark, Chobham Manor comprises of 850 homes, community facilities, shops and 1,500 square metres of publicly accessible open space with a landscaped central green communal social area with provision for child play areas. The accommodation includes one to five bedroom homes, with a mix of apartments, maisonettes and houses, all specified to a high standard.
