Design

Our design recognises the quality that is expected for this development by both the Local Authority and prospective commercial tenants. It is intended that this latest phase of development at Butterfield Park will act as a catalyst for continued growth across the wider site whilst positively contributing to the established commercial premises.

The concept has undergone a thorough design process with respect to contextual analysis leading to a considered response to characteristics such as layout, massing, materiality, appearance, landscaping, and sustainability.
