Progress Park Commercial Development

Jefferson Sheard Architect have been engaged to produce a design proposal to redevelop a dilapidated industrial site at Progress Way, Enfield to state-of-the-art mixed-use commercial units.

Our proposed design unifies the 4.78 acre site to deliver circa 9,436m2 (GIA) of floorspace for employment uses comprising B2 and B8. The new layout of the site will provide 88 parking spaces alongside associated infrastructure including vehicular and pedestrian access, servicing provisions, and overall site landscaping, improving street level appearance and increased vegetation.

The proposed development is located in the designated Strategic Industrial Land as identified in the London Plan with the site presenting an excellent opportunity to deliver high quality, commercial accommodation that meets the requirements of a modern-day industrial tenant which the existing building stock is no longer able to offer.

The site’s capacity for development has been maximised to provide units that are sized accordingly to capture the current market demand and designed to meet best practice for their intended use including suitably sized service yards.
