Each unit includes ample car, cycle and motorcycle parking spaces as well as space for goods vehicles to access the warehouse / production areas and well planned access and exit layouts to maximise the site usage and ensure safe efficient operations. Each units allows for 10% of the gross internal ground floor area of first floor accommodation as office space.
Sustainability and BREEAM was a key driver on the project, influencing the design and delivery. This was manifested in a number of initiatives including electrical vehicle charging points and energy production through photovoltaic cells.
