Our design consists of a 4000m² (43,000sq ft) production and warehouse space with specialist R&D laboratory and integral mixing accommodation. There is also a two storey office space with reception area and duel aspect board room. Close attention was paid to ensure the cladding colour scheme followed the clients branding and also the positioning of the building to maximise potential advertising to passing motorists on the M1 motorway. The scheme was handed over on programme in November 2018, following a 30 week build period.
