The new development is set to provide modern business space for both expanding and existing local companies, whilst also attracting new businesses to the area and boosting local employment.

Adrian Schofield, Regional Development Director at HBD, said: “We look forward to starting on site with the first phase of construction – the scheme has great potential to attract innovative, growing businesses to the area and will facilitate the creation of high-quality jobs within the borough.”

The project, a joint venture between Henry Boot Developments and Enfield Council, is being delivered out of Jefferson Sheard’s London office.

Elsewhere in the UK we are appointed upon master-planning and industrial business park schemes at Airport Business Park, Southend, Butterfield Park, Luton and Markham Vale, Derbyshire, alongside industrial sector work being carried out on HS2.
